About the Panel
Larry Weber
, a thirty year marketing veteran, will lead the discussion and provide you with insight to guide your marketing to the social web. Panelists include Deb Peckham, a partner with K&L Gates, who will offer some cautionary legal advice when engaging in this new media and Marijean Lauzier, CEO of Digital Influence Group, who will talk to the ways in which organizations are leveraging social media to engage and build relationships with customers. Other panelists include Diane Hessan of Communispace who is an expert in building private online communities for consumer research, Tom Gerace, CEO of Gather, who will address how people share their passions in online social networks and Bo Piela, who advises Massachusetts' largest biotechnology company on its corporate communications strategy, who will offer his experience as a case study for the use of social media in a consumer environment.
