The Social Web – blogs, social networks and online communities – is transforming traditional media and how marketers interact with consumers and business customers.  The old broadcast model is on its way out.  Marketers must become aggregators of content and learn how to engage in dialogues with key constituencies.  The new way of reaching and interacting with people has profound implications for marketers and their brands.
This session will provide strategies that marketers should employ in order to be successful in this new media environment. Join our esteemed panel as they discuss the success and pitfalls of letting your customers take the lead to build your businesses. This session is a must attend for all online marketers working with or advising clients.
