Today's young adults are savvier than previous generations when it comes to advertising. They can skip television commercials with the help of a DVR, can close pop ups and ignore most online advertising, and statistics show they don't read newspapers. They have been pummeled by direct advertising on TV, the Internet and now on cell phones,  experienced threats to our national security, and have felt firsthand the changing face of today's workforce - including parents who have been laid off and jobs that moved overseas. How have these trends influenced the attitudes and goals of today's young adults? As marketers, how can you reach these skeptical consumers?

This roundtable will help marketers understand how experiential marketing helps connect companies, products and brands to young consumers aged 18-34. In this session, you will:

  • Understand what makes young adults aged 18-34 tick - how they feel about marketing, what works with them, and how to make a positive connection with them
  • Learn how experiential marketing differs from traditional mediums
  • Hear the experiences of other marketers and their case studies
  • Brainstorm ideas for improving your marketing program through experiential marketing
