Melissa oversees National Broadcast, OLV, Hispanic as well as the Advanced Video Unit. 18+ years of advertising experience across traditional and digital media. Consistently recognized for account management, presentation skills, teamwork and leadership. Thorough understanding of how to deliver integrated approaches across disciplines. Proven ability to steward Client investments to ensure that the best value is secured for video regardless of platform. Melissa was instrumental in the creation of the Advanced Video unit at HAVAS Media. Her expertise is concentrated in facilitating collaboration to ensure that marketing objectives are realized Melissa lives in Harrison, NY with husband C.Jay and son Wyatt.

Matt has been working in media for the past 11+ years. He has worn a variety of hats in a number of different roles throughout his career. Matt has a hybrid background spanning from TV, radio, and print planning, communication planning and strategy, and – naturally – all things digital. He is well versed in multi-channel planning and maximizing paid, earned, and owned media. Matt joined DigitasLBi in 2013 to help ramp up and structure the L’Oreal Digital account and spearheaded bringing this large-scale and sophisticated traditional advertiser into the digital age. He moved to Boston last spring and most recently is helping across a variety of accounts including Victoria’s Secret, Goodyear, and all cross channel planning initiatives. Prior to DigitasLBi, Matt was at MEC under the GroupM umbrella for 9 years where he worked on LG Electronics, Xerox, Macy’s, Energizer, DHL, Harman, America’s Cup and Simmons. He has a passion for media and proven track record of building brands and driving innovative marketing in complex organizations.

Greenfield’s history of technology and marketing initiatives have served blue-chip clients including: GlaxoSmithKline (NYSE: GSK), Kimberly-Clark (NYSE: KMB), Sony BMG, Black & Decker (NYSE: SWK), Forest Labs (NYSE: FRX), Plum Creek (NYSE: PCL) and more. Prior to his co-founding and development of C3 Metrics, Greenfield was a recognized thought leader in the area of Branded Content as publisher of Branded Entertainment Monthly, a joint effort with VNU Media detailing industry statistics, gaps, and trends. He’s been a featured speaker at The Next Big Idea, and a news source in: The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, ABC, CBS, CNET, and Investor’s Business Daily. Greenfield began his career building a 75-person multi-million dollar practice featured in Chapter 5 of ‘Buzzmarketing: Get People To Talk About Your Stuff’ from Penguin/Portfolio. Greenfield studied Biochemistry at the University of Maryland and holds dual degrees from Southern California University of Health Sciences. He is an instrument rated pilot and holds a class “E” FCC radio operators license (NQ4F).

Ted spent much of career in Procter and Gamble, running Technology Innovation, and later Marketing Innovation. Along the way, he worked on both CMO and CIO teams, bridging the gap between a process driven corporate behemoth, and the quickly evolving expectations of the world’s technology-enabled consumers and retailers. While at P&G, Ted developed the world’s first private programmatic Ad Network, returning billions to the company and disrupting the Advertising industry. Last year, he joined Rocket Fuel as VP integrated media to drive a vision that technology should support, and integrate Marketing in total by learning what worked, over time, and doing more of that.

Mitchell Reichgut is the CEO and co-founder of Jun Group. Prior to founding Jun Group in 2005, Mitchell led Bates Interactive, the online unit of Bates Worldwide Advertising, now owned by WPP. As General Manager/Creative Director, Mitchell helped grow Bates Interactive into a 70-person integrated unit, with clients such as EDS, Moet & Chandon, and Warner-Lambert. Before joining Bates, Mitchell served as Creative Director at Think New Ideas. Mitchell began his career as an Art Director at Grey Advertising where he created print and television advertisements for clients. Throughout his career, he’s worked with major brands across industries, including Procter & Gamble, Parker Brothers, Budweiser, Rockport, Reebok, and Sony.
