Pam Hamlin - President, Arnold

Pam Hamlin is Global President of Arnold Worldwide. She has spent her 20 plus year career as a marketer, building brands in almost every category, from beverages and computers to cruises and mutual funds. Named President in 2006, she previously served as Managing Partner, Director of Account Management and oversaw our Fidelity, Royal Caribbean, Gillette and Ocean Spray accounts.

She joined Arnold from Leonard/Monahan where she was a partner and Director of Client Services. While there, Ms. Hamlin was responsible for providing strategic leadership to the agency’s accounts and driving new business efforts. Prior to that position, she worked at HBM/Creamer where she was responsible for managing the Digital Equipment Corporation account. Her career began at Ingalls, Quinn & Johnson, first in media, then in account service.

Kathy Klingler - CMO, Santander

Katherine Klingler is responsible for building and managing the global brand of Santander in the United States and aligning marketing and communications initiatives to the Bank’s business objectives.

Katherine joined the Bank in May 2011 and has recently managed its rebrand to Santander, a bank-wide initiative including the development of the Bank’s overall brand positioning and execution strategy across the nine states, covering over 700 branches, more than 9,000 employees and over 1.7m customers.


Amy Lyons - President, Shift Communications

As President of SHIFT Communications, Amy Lyons provides the leadership and counsel to position SHIFT at the forefront of the PR industry. Primarily responsible for the overall strategic direction of the agency, Lyons is tasked with ensuring that SHIFT continues to deliver the creativity, innovation and service offerings that its clients have come to expect. Working hand-in-hand with SHIFT’s vice presidents in Boston, San Francisco and New York, Lyons pulls from a 15-year communications career and a keen understanding of the operational discipline and talent focus needed to grow a successful agency and, specifically, advance SHIFT’s mission and business objectives.

Prior to assuming the role of president, Lyons was a vice president of account service at SHIFT, where she led an impressive roster of accounts ranging in size from startups to a $1 billion public company. In addition to directing strategy and messaging development, Lyons specialized in executing rapid response campaigns to industry trends and breaking news for her clients in the IT security and enterprise software markets.
